1. Who We Are
This website at latticelearning.co (the “Site”) is operated by Lattice Learning Pty Ltd (ABN 27 696 915 474 · ACN 696 915 474) (“Lattice”, “we”, “us”). We are an Australian company and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, why, and how we protect it.
2. Scope
This policy covers the Site only. The Lattice platform is provided to enterprise customers under separately executed agreements, and the handling of data within customer deployments is governed by those agreements, not by this policy.
3. Information We Collect
Information you provide. If you contact us by email or through the Site, we collect the information you choose to share, typically your name, email address, organisation, and the content of your enquiry.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect IP address, browser user-agent, and request logs (pages visited, timestamps, response status) for security and abuse prevention, and anonymised, aggregated analytics data via Vercel Analytics (page views, device type, country). Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
4. How We Use Information
- To respond to enquiries about Lattice, including enterprise licensing and partnership discussions
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information collected through the Site to train AI models. We do not serve advertisements.
5. Disclosure and Service Providers
We share information only with service providers that support the operation of the Site, and only as necessary for them to provide their services:
- Vercel — website hosting, edge infrastructure, and anonymised analytics
- Google Workspace — business email
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Cloudflare — DNS and network services
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lattice or others.
6. Data Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to manage the relationship it relates to. Site request logs are retained for 30 days. Aggregated analytics data contains no personal information and may be retained indefinitely.
7. Security
All Site traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS. Access to systems holding correspondence is restricted to authorised personnel. No system is completely secure; if you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to info@latticelearning.co.
8. Cookies
The Site does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that identify individual users.
9. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing info@latticelearning.co. We will respond within 30 days. If you are dissatisfied with our handling of a privacy complaint, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
10. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
